Finger Lakes Equestrian Center is very proud of the relationships we have built and maintained with other teaching and training professionals in the industry. Throughout the year, we schedule and host a variety of clinicians in the hope of providing a supportive and diverse learning experience for our boarders and guests.
Have a clinician that you’d like to invite to the area and work with but no place to host it? Contact us today and let us help!
Clinic information can be viewed on our events page.
Armando Clinic Success
“Ryan, Jen and I had the privilege of riding at the Gabriel Armando Dressage Clinic hosted at FLEC this weekend. It was, as always, absolutely amazing. Gabriel is such a wonderful clinician; it is truly humbling to work with such a talented horseman. His willingness to walk or jog along next to you, put you on a lunge line, show you exactly how to hold and use your reins, demonstrate exactly how much leg pressure is required where, as well as, his clear explanations of why he wants you to do something makes him an invaluable resource for the beginning and intermediate rider. It is also extremely educational to watch him instruct more advanced riders. Ryan Chiappone and Dan Schubmehl the facilities and refreshments were outstanding. Finally, a huge thank you to Amy Lyn Jones; without all of your excellent instruction over the years and your hard work with Pomp this past year there is no way Jen could have accomplished what she has. “Hi Amy and Ryan, I just wanted to express my warm thanks to you and your helper (did not know his name) for a wonderful weekend. You could not have been more accommodating to me and my pony, Gyllir. You run a wonderful facility and many thanks for your help. Sincerely, Beth Worden, Executive Assistant Bassett Healthcare Network”
““We have tremendously enjoyed working with the team at Finger Lakes Equestrian Center and collaborating together with their excellent trainers to further aid their students in their training. While many of our clinic participants are repeat students we much enjoy meeting some new faces every time too. It is a kind, positive environment for horse and rider and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon….” Paul & Nikki Alvin-Smith”
